"worst hair color experience i’ve ever had. she did the opposite of what i asked, both in color matching and coverage area. i have red hair and was VERY clear i did NOT want anything brassy or coppery. my main request was to cover gray at temple area, and one patch underneath hair mass on top of head. she colored the entire top of my head with a brassy coppery unnatural color, fortunately using semi-permanent color. it didn’t come close to matching my natural color, which i specifically requested. it looked ridiculous. i’ve been washing it every day to wash it out as quickly as possible."

"At first I was impressed with the color. But what I eventually realized is that despite the text messages and face-to-face consultation she didn’t really give me what I wanted. I was disappointed. And with my disappointment and sharing my disappointment, and still didn’t correct it. Instead she suggested that I should probably find another hairdresser. On the initial visit she claimed that if I didn’t leave the salon completely in love with my hair she would fix it. Well it’s hard being a customer because you don’t want to hurt the hairdressers feelings. But you got to be honest. Sometimes it takes a while to decide how much you like the results. I think a good hairdresser should always make sure the customers happy and do whatever she can. I don’t believe this hairdresser did in the end."
