"My experience with the sale rep and delivery agent was excellent. But Fay Block charges you a $6 deposit for each pallet used for your delivery, and even though my 8 pallets were returned 7 weeks ago they won't refund me my $48 deposit. I went to the office 4 weeks ago (on a Monday) for my refund and was told a check would be mailed on that Wednesday. Well, that was over 4 weeks, and I still can't get that $48. It's not just the money..its the "principle" for me. Customers deserve better. If I owed them any money, they would be demanding payment. Why can't they extend the same courtesy to their customers."

We must of spent about 2 hours going over everything and all the while Matt was giving us his full attention the entire time with absolutely no sales pressure, he even recommended several contractors to us. After our purchase and several calls later Matt continued to help us get a lower price, worked with delivery to get our material onsite quickly. The rest of the staff seems to be very friendly.
