"Very respectful and knowledgeable staff. The ladies in there always help me find what I need. This is my go to store. I have never had a problem with the store not being open but I don't go at closing time and wait till the last minute to shop. They always have decent selection of merchandise, better than other children place locations. I much rather go here than shop online."
"Went by to pick up my online order two says in a row the doors are locked no signage. There’s no store hour’s posted on the door. What’s the point of offering customers a discount to pick up their order if the store is always closed with no knowledge of when its open. Phone just rings. Called customer service they pick up and hang up. Customer Service hours aren’t the same as store hours. I just want to pick up my order and stop wasting gas. Other store’s mention the employees take a break and walk around and are short staffed. All it takes is a notice to let customers know whats going on."
