"My wife and I were driving up the Raleigh for the fair when our car started shaking and making a wobbling noise. Once we left the fair we noticed the sound and shaking started getting worse. We went to a different location that stayed they could help us. I’m so glad they did. After that we found Epic Auto Center. Benson and Bob were so helpful. They drove our car and put it on the lift to figure out what was going on. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They found that our lug nuts weren’t tightened and they immediately fixed it and looked over the car before sending us on our way home. Epic Auto Center was amazing!"

"Excellent from start to finish. Vincent gave us an approximate quote on how much it would cost to fix our car based upon what our previous mechanic told us the car needed. When he started to work on the car he found two other parts of the ac unit that had to be replaced, he called and told us how much the complete job would cost. He finished the job in a 2 days and saved us about 2 thousand dollars less than the previous mechanic. Very honest and up front and does great work. Thanks Vincent."

"Came here since it is close by my house and had good reviews. Overall, the team seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a good summary of the status of my car in detail. Left work early to pick up my car at about 4:45 since they close at 5, and there was no one there and the door was locked. Luckily an employee just happened to pull up to the shop, let me in and was able to process the payment and give me the keys. Informed me that they probably forgot about me. They do a good job, but will probably seek out services elsewhere next time due to expensive pricing and questionable customer service."
