"Waited at the Creedmoor road location for over an hour before i was able to be seen despite only one car being ahead of me in the bay line. Unsure if they were short staffed or what but it was frustrating to say the least. Once they started I was done in 15 minutes, and Sunday was very quick, helpful, and knowledgeable which was very appreciated. The wait was ridiculous, however, and the price is a bit high, especially when the "convenience" isn't what was promised."
"They were amazing here! The assistant manager was on top of everything they were friendly and courteous. I left my credit card there she had called me left me a voicemail and text me also that she had my card there safely put away. It was a very, very good positive experience. I will be taking my other cars there for sure!"
"I have only had pleasant experiences with the people that work here so no complaints with the mechanics. However, whatever system they use to work on cars seems completely inefficient. Every time I go I have to wait 30+ minutes for service even with only 1 car in front of me. Today, they had 3 different bays going and 3 cars that arrived after me but got to go before me. There are many other places that will do a quicker oil change sadly"
