"Went a few days ago trying to send money to a family member and an older lady came in saying I couldn't send because of some absurd reason. Ive worked in the business of sending money so I know how it works. Any way I was trying to send a larger amount and I know for a fact if you put in the amount and try to send it'll have an error message saying you can only send a certain amount and I told her send as much as possible she said we have our own rules and they have they're own rules and you can't send that amount and that I had to contact my family to see how much I could send(I've never heard of that). She was very very rude. I ended up going to another place and was able to send all the money and my family member did receive it. The fact that the owner was there and didn't say anything shows how poorly they manage customer service. The only nice person i've dealt with there is the lady with the glasses. I give her 5 Stars!"

"The owner is very rude and made a comment that makes no sense when I needed to cash a check. The check was from WakeMed hospitals (which most people know about it in NC) and he said that could not cash the check as he did not know the company but then he said that he did but couldn't cash it still."
