"Rescheduled my appointment without telling me, messing up my insurance, and preventing me from getting proper treatment. When I called to discuss, I couldn’t reach anyone at the appropriate office and the lady at the Fayetteville office was rude and didn’t even attempt to help make it right. If I’ve already waited a month and a half for my Invisalign, I shouldn’t have to wait 2 more months because of their screw up. I’d like my money back, but can’t reach anyone to get it."
