"I called a head to reserve a desk and was assured it would be held for me. I drove 1.5 hours from Tennessee to the store to pick it up and as I stood there and told the sales lady I would take it, she said great and started writing up the ticket. So I went to look around and 5 minutes later, she walked up and said, “I’m sorry but I was just informed that the desk has just sold to some people looking at it now”. I was blown away that they actually sold the desk out from under me while I was standing in the store. My second experience with this company was an $18,000+ purchase of furniture on June 1st. Delivery was guaranteed the first week of august. I received my furniture on November 20th. I own over 40 rental properties and was actually shopping to refurnish each and everyone one these properties. I wanted to use a local furniture store but these guys failed miserably in treating me like a customer should be treated. The gentleman who is the manager and a few of the sales ladies are in it for nothing but the money and they’ll tell you whatever they want as to get your money as quick as possible. I do not trust this company and will never do business with them again. They lost a $250k furniture purchase which I placed two weeks later at a nearby competitor where I was treated with honesty and dignity. I hate to write a negative review on anyone, but this company and especially its manager earned it. I have never been treated so unprofessionally before. Such is life as I moved on and found another to do business with."
