"Thank you for honest and excellent service!!! My car suddenly started making a high pitched noise when turning it off. We Googled, and saw all kinds of possibilities of what it could be. They graciously squeezed me in immediately, and were honest about how there was nothing wrong with the car and it had to do with something that the kids plugged in to the back of the vehicle that was causing that noise. They reset what was needed, and didn't charge me a dime for taking time to look at it. I know we have had great service from a couple of mechanics/automotive centers in Cary, but I'm grateful for their level of honesty and service, and with the ability to get me in in a pinch.
