"I am very delighted to give this review on Dr. Kim Miller. I have been seeing Dr. Miller since 2000 when we first moved to this area and have been visiting her office at least twice in a year for routine exams; also my wife and our son as well. Recently, I had crown abetment and placement performed at this office. This is a totally new and non-routine service for me. Dr. Miller was extremely helpful in performing this service. At the time of taking the impressions in the first appointment, she was very careful and explained the different ways to getting the tissue harder enough. She pointed me to the website and the videos that can help explain the different stages of getting the crown. This was a beginning to the respect aspect she showed for having that very long connection as a patient. Then at the placement appointment, Dr. Miller took very extensive time that is required to make sure that the steps are done correctly; then that the bite is correct. She took a lot of patience for getting the bite correctly; as one can understand this takes a lot of repetitive actions, making sure none of the steps are going to be aggressive; being very cautious every step. She explained how it will feel like when the crown gets into place. Then she took more patient time to get the bite guard to retrofit the new crown in place. She could have ordered a new bite guard; but then Dr. Miller has always been mindful of the cost to the patient. In a few days later I got in touch with her about the bite guard not being that helpful after retrofit. Dr. Miller had immediately got me into the office and taken new impressions for the bite guard. And got it straight and got it right. The bite guard fits well now. And of course she explained how it will feel like putting it in and taking it out and the care of it. And then to the office staff: in particular Lisa: Lisa always promptly found me appointments to fit well with my needs. She responded to my emails very promptly. She took extra steps to review my years insurance coverage and look to coordinate with my secondary through my wife's insurance. This is extra step she took; in the back ground of another dental office I had to visit last year; and it took me repeated requests for filing the claims at their office: compared with that: Lisa was so very efficient and proactive and cared to my needs. What else you could ask of an office; to be looking out for the costs proactively. I am very delighted with their services and efficiency; my sincere thanks to Dr. Miller and her office staff always. "Have been going to Dr. Miller and hygienist Brenda for 15 years. A friend who is a dentist and teaches at the dental school referred me to her when I moved to NC. He said that he goes to Dr. Miller and she is o e of the best around and that Brenda is the best he has seen. He is meticulous and if it was good enough for him, that is all I needed to hear. And I have not been disappointed at all. Front desk is always nice, care is exceptional and insurance is always handled perfectly."

"Dr. Kim A Miller is one of the greatest dentists in the Cary area. Her staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about any problems you may have. The staff build a connection with their patients so you feel very welcomed and comfortable with each visit. Dr. Millers expertise allows for her to make every trip you take to the dentist a great one. I recently switched dentists a little over a year ago and I'm so glad I did.
