"Nice people but I had an unfortunate service experience. I brought my wheels in to be trued. The wheels use aeroblade spokes and they didn’t have the correct tool for the job. Instead of calling me to explain the situation they continued on and twisted almost all of the blades, which reduced the structural integrity of them. I now have to have it completely respoked for $150 at another shop. I understand that mistakes happen but the combination of damaging the blades and not offering to make the situation right left me extremely frustrated. Nice people but I don’t trust their service and truing"

"I stopped the other day and a couple young people working and gave me a cap that goes on the cable. I said I cut it by mistake and they were very helpful and told me to come back anytime I needed help. I bought a bike and had to put a new derailer on. I tinkered with it this past weekend and knocked a pin out of the chain and could not get it back in so stopped and told myself to take it to the bike shop as they know what they are doing. I took it in today and Mark went above and beyond fixing the chain and doing all adjustments needed. He is very informative and very helpful. He loves what he does and takes pride in it. Very refreshing. I will most definitely be back."

"Love these guys. They are helpful and informative. We traded in a kid’s bike for a grownup one that had been refurbished. They do great work."

"Very friendly people but I do not recommend this shop if you have a Hi-end road bike. May be great for the Walmart Huffy bike. I dropped my bike off for a tune up and said I'm in no hurry and do (whatever it needs) to get me ready to ride. They texted me the next day that it was ready,OK???? When I picked my bike up I asked about the worn out brake pads, he said those are probably good for a couple more months, Ok, Sure. Exactly what I wanted to hear. I told them it most likely would need a new chain, they did install one but said, it's not the exact one but it SHOULD work on your bike. It was the only one we had in stock, OK. The chain they used was a low end chain as well, it's not what I want to clock some miles and speed with. So save your money and go to a road bike shop. I can see I'll be taking mine for a real tune up before summer. I couldn't see anything else they did. I guess I always lean the hard way. See Ya on the road"
