"We had to switch because of insurance and today was my son's 1st cleaning. The front desk girl was rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered. His cleaning was awful, all they did was polish his teeth. Even though we take care of his teeth, they didn't even check to see if they needed to scrape any plaque off. Tge whole appointment was poorly done. I will be changing my insurance asap."
"Brought my son here years ago once. Surprised the service appears to be just as bad as it was then based on reviews. When I took my son the dental assistant was very unprofessional. My son was scared and she did nothing to reassure and make him comfortable which was surprising since its a Pediatric dental office. It was a horrible experience. And at the end they had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule the next checkup appointment. Told them no and never came back. Avoid this place. Take your children to your own dentist. One star is all they deserve"
"Very unprofessional… I’ve been scheduling appointments for my children for the last 2 months and I always receive a call at the last minute telling me that the dentist has a family emergency and needs to reschedule. Or their system is down. Long waits over a hour the dentist isn’t back from lunch"
