"I showed them how I wanted them and they did it all the opposite way and nothing how I wanted it they rushed and hurted my nails if I could put a zero I would I don't recommend at all."
"If I could post a 0 review I would. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. 0 customer service. They rushed doing my nails 2 days later 4 of my acrylic tips have came off. And no I don't do any hard labor etc . Didn't attempt small talk didn't care what I wanted done. I have carpal tunnel so my hands are shaky and she just kept jerking my hands and with an attitude "stop moving" Just look at the picture it's says it all. I took my 2 girls so we could get our nails done my girls nails were fine the women who did there's were great. I even called when I left and complained and they didn't seem to care at all. $160 later and 4 missing tips."

"me and my aunt went to R A nails for the first time, both full sets and one pedi and one eyebrow waxing, my aunt absolutely loved the pedi, but when it came to the full sets, not only did they not cut your cuticle and maintain it they didnt cut your real nail, so on my aunts nails you can see my aunts real nail kind of overlapping the acrylics, i told the women attending me if she can finish painting the side because i see an unpainted part and she said yea and left it like that, the bottom part of the nails are awful, paint everywhere and its not like you can just take it off with acetone, not only did we wait for 1 hour and a half after having an appointment, the service wasnt the greatest they didnt get my color right so she just put white when i clearly showed her a picture, my aunt hated the waxing, didnt do a good job, so much more that i can say but regardless of the awful job my aunt left her food feeling bad that the nail tech was complaining about attending customers all day and not having her own time."
