"Do NOT go to the Russell Cellular store in Spruce Pine, NC for help with your Verizon account. Their representatives gave us the impression that they they knew what they were doing, but their ineptitude created a 7-month extremely stressful drama that was finally resolved by a highly trained Verizon employee at their main store in the Asheville Mall. From now on, all of our Verizon business will be done there."

We ended up purchasing new phones, he helped us out with the best options, explained everything thoroughly, but wasn't "pushy" we had stopped going to that store because of the manager a couple years ago. Now we'll definitely be using that store again!!"
