"I came to New Waverly Place Dentistry recently as it was necessary for me to make a change after having been with the same practice for more than 10 years. I was feeling somewhat apprehensive about going into a new environment for my dental care. Upon my arrival Heather and Karlie were very friendly as they welcomed me as a new patient; they made a great first impression for the office! My hygienist, Julie, was wonderful! She was both thorough and gentle at the same time, and made sure that I knew what she was doing throughout my cleaning. She even asking if it was ok to tip the chair back (no one has ever asked me that before!). I saw Dr. Zhang for this visit, he took time to talk with me and ask questions before moving in to examine my teeth. I did not feel rushed through as I have at times in the past. Dr. Zhang listened to me and was able answer my questions and explain any issues in a way that was easy for me to understand. He is a true professional and a very caring person at the same time. This will be my new dental home! No need to look anywhere else!"
