But I guess I shouldn't complain too much because they only charged me for the tow, they didn't charge me to look under the car, even though it only took about 3 minutes to look at what the issues were."

I reached out, described my trucks problem (no reverse), he gave me a ball park price for it, took it there and gave me a formal quote (very reasonable price), I dropped the truck off, 3 days later I get the: "your truck is ready" phone call... although it has a 1 year warranty, I waited a whole month before posting a review (to prevent any small problems, NONE found so far) truck runs greater than ever, shifts smooth through all gears and... it now has a strong reverse !!! great service."
