"Both my 3 year old and 4 1/2 year old grandsons are on the spectrum, and are often difficult for dentists and staff to tryna ask work with, so i was entering these procedures with guarded optimism. I've had the best experiences with both my boys right from the beginning, with the calls for scheduling and the pre-op nurse calls! Both gals explained the process in depth and gathered all answers I provided in order to schedule them and formulate the best treatment plan. They actually listened to my questions and concerns and were kind, understanding, and did not pass any judgement, as well as provided me with information that I felt comfortable with. Both boy's procedures went very well and there were no complications or poor outcomes, a huge relief for this older Nana! Upon discharge I was given the clinic number as well as the dental surgeon's number to use if I had any questions or concerns. I received calls from the nurse later that same day, and from Dr Hwang the next day, checking on my grandchildren. The follow-up calls were the icing on the cake, I feel they all went above and beyond! I will absolutely be bringing them back for all future services needed, and I will definitely share my great experiences at Valleygate with others...thank you for making this a pleasant and nearly stress-free experience!"

"Had a procedure done for both of my daughters. Ava 7 and Lia 3. The experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. All of the staff were amazing. Everyone was very informative and very helpful. Kept my wife and I reassured throughout the process. Even let us stay with our youngest in the recovery room until our oldest was done. Very kind and patient. Definitely recommend this facility for any peds who has to undergo any dental procedures. They took great care of our babies. Treated them as if it was their own kid."

"My daughter went here and if I could give 0 stars I would my daughter hand was swollen up from were they blow a vain with the IV. Pluse I heard my child screaming for me but they would not late me go back to her. They only late you go back when they are ready to go home. Which I know is not legal because a child under the age a parent has to be back there when they wake up or start to come out.they even had my daughter who is only three strapped to the bed.screaming for me"
