"I cannot praise this business enough! Today, my Jeep broke down an hour away from where I live (it wouldn’t shift into gear, not to mention I also had my child and dog with me). I began calling my insurance and reaching out to tow companies trying to figure out how to get my vehicle back home (1 hour away) and trying to figure out how to also get my child and dog back home as well. I googled local mechanic shops and came across LKN Auto Repair that was less than a mile away from where I broke down. I called and explained what was going on with my Jeep and the situation I was in, and the owner personally came out to me (within 3 minutes) and looked at my Jeep. He was able to get it to shift into gear and told me to bring it by the shop and he would get it fixed. The moment I pulled into the shop, the owner took it back and multiple mechanics on site jumped on it immediately and repaired the Jeep within 20 minutes and refused to charge me. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop and the people that work here! This place is an excellent family run business, and if I lived closer they would absolutely be the place I’d take all my vehicles for service and maintenance needs. If I’m ever in need of any vehicle repairs or maintenance while I’m this area again, this will be the ONLY place I will consider! They were very understanding of my situation and could see that I had my hands full, and they dropped everything to help me out. Places like this help restore my faith in humanity.
