"I am sorry to say that I would never recommended this office because of TOW REASONS. 1-Horrible financial statements. Wrong bill, wrong information, wrong charges. 2-Office manager "Shaq" is very Unprofessional and inexperience. Poor in communication, very disrespectful in conversation. She quickly get nervous and mad when she is unable to talk and explain properly and respectfully. At the end she has no solutions at all. She made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable with her attitude and wrong information. I asked to talk with someone above her but no one communicate with me. I want to appreciated Dentist David Lesansky. He is very friendly, professional and respectful."

"The front desk just caused you all to lose out on at least $10,000.00 in business and that would have been on my end from CoPay. This is the reason young adults can't get a decent job because of people like the ones at this office's front desk. I was 2 minutes outside of the 10 minute grace period but that was due to poor information i received from suite 300 trying to find Suite 110. You would think there would be better signage to help out with that. You also have another business right next door named Dental Associates, so one should understand the confusion. I'm not even mad about having to reschedule but what upsets me the most is how rude, rushed and the way i was spoken to by your front desk and you all think i'm going to trust you with my teeth and fork over thousands. Fire her or train her on customer service. The young lady on the left is looking to pass responsibility to someone else, collect a check and go home. She has no Pride in her job. And obviously the Dentist's pockets. No Christmas Bonus for her. I found a new dentist 10 minutes later too, elderly lady treated me like a king appointment next wednesday."

"Ashley is an excellent Hyegnist. She is very thorough while being gentle. It is obvious she really cares about what she is doing. I have been coming here since 2007 and never had a complaint or bad experience. The dentists, the hygienists and the front desk staff are all amazing."

"Made an appointment with this company for the 12th of October received a text message to send over insurance information but was not aware that information had to be sent over by a certain time. I received another text message at 3 PM saying that insurance information needs to be sent over by 4pm, which was an inconvenience because I was nowhere near my insurance information so I was just gonna let the appointment get canceled. Fast forward to the 11th of October. I received a missed call from them I then returned the phone call for her to not even know that she called me so I explain to her that I had an appointment set up for the 12th of this month but I wasn’t able to have my insurance info in by 4 PM like the text message said is there anyway that I could still send my information to keep my appointment, but I need to change my time to 830. She said sure that’s fine. Send over the insurance cards via text message but their system was down which they should’ve been aware of because it’s their system. So the same day I received a text message saying that unfortunately they had to reschedule my appointment due to not being able to verify my insurance. Then I received another text message saying that my appointment is at 8:30 on October 12. So I go to my appointment on October 12 to find out that my appointment was canceled due to not being able to verify my insurance which again they should’ve been aware of due to their system being down it’s your system so I asked the lady OK at that point what am I supposed to do if your system isn’t working she couldn’t even give me an answer. Proceeds to cancel my appointment. This place needs to do way better at communicating with your patience. You guys need to use a better system to verify insurance information . There should be no reason why we are sending insurance information via text messages to systems that does not work and then find out at our appointment that it’s canceled because of your system. At some point they need to take responsibility for their mess ups. If I’m showing you proof that I sent over my information at that point, you should be looking into why you didn’t receive the information.Very unprofessional and the black lady at the front desk needs to do better at sending out communications via text message. Instead of pointing the finger at the patient figure out where you went wrong."

"I had gone here since last year for a couple appointments. I called and made my last appointment for a filling, first off, very poor communication. Was supposed to do multiple but they only had me down for 1 filling. After the filling, Ive had pain around the tooth for 3 weeks. When I went to go leave a review, I saw recent others saying the same dentist caused issues with fillings. I made an appointment at a completely different practice and was told the last dentist never should have filled it. There is not enough tooth left and it should have been crowned. It also may need a root canal. So made the appointment to get that checked with my new dentist. They clearly don't know what they are doing at UDA I. Don't go here. I will never return and I will never recommend."
