"Would not Recommend !!! Went in with Dental Insurance and they were told by MetLife that I didn’t have insurance. They said they could do the work and that I could file the insurance. When requested the Dentist NPI number and License number they couldn’t provide the info and said it was a dentist who had only worked for them for 1 day. Regardless I asked how do you not have that information for a dentist that you allowed to work for you? They were no help at resolving the issue. I then filed a formal complaint with the BBB of which their offices didn’t respond to. Would not use a Dental office that can’t provide the Dentist NPI number or License number. By law they have to have that for any reimbursement through any Insurance Company. Was the dentist a real licensed dentist ?"

"I have made several attempts to make an appointment with them, they don’t answer the phone and they don’t return phone calls after leaving a message. I finally talk with someone at the front they are very rude. Good luck dealing with them."

"Great experience today at Friendly Dental! Our check-in process was easy and all the staff were welcoming. My son had a check up today with Gina - she was very professional and caring. He uses an electric wheelchair, so it was a huge help that everyone at Friendly was so accommodating. Dr. Bond was also attentive and explained a plan of preventive care going forward. Overall this was a perfect experience - they didn't keep us waiting, the cleaning was thorough and didn't take long. Highly recommend!"
