"I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of communication. My initial appointment with Skylar at The Skylarized Hair Experience salon was great, despite my appointment being pushed back an hour or so the day of, I understand things happen. She done an excellent job with my hair & really took her time to make sure it lasted. I booked via Style Seat but she told me to just text her when it was time to wash and re-style.. well that time has come and she hasn't been the best with communication at all. Took her almost a week to respond to 2 text messages and 1 call (made days apart) & never responded to confirm my appointment. Again, I understand things happen but it has been two weeks with no response at this point.. May not mean much to anyone else reading this but if you're going to be a professional, please make sure to respond to your clients in a timely manner rather it is to decline or book."

"I was on time for my appointment. A patron without an appointment came in about 2 minutes before I did but had no appointment. The patron even told them that I had the appointment yet they took her first! Why schedule an appointment if it means NOTHING! Y only got one service but would have gotten 2 had they taken me on time. Was 20 minutes before I was called. This was my 2nd visit, but I will say with the first visit I was seen almost immediately and I didn't even have an appointment."
