"I’ve had issues at the Birkdale location with the stylist Cherie. She wasn’t letting me have the haircut I wanted because she didn’t believe in it and she also recently did a root touch up and there’s spots that were missed, lines showing, and some purple coloring around the hair. I’ve tried being positive with what she gave me to work with but honestly, haircut and color isn’t good for her being a high level stylist. I’ve paid way too much money for poor service and quality work."
