"Outstanding service, highly recommend. I don't know if Rochelle could sense the panic and urgency in my voice, but she treated me so kindly and was very responsive. I had a family stranded on I-40 about 50 minutes outside of Wilmington, due to a flat tire on Labor Day, trying to get back to Durham. No Uber driver would take the request. Rochelle took care of getting to the family and sending me text messages regarding traffic updates, when she found them on the interstate, to when she dropped them off. She even waited a bit with them to ensure the tow truck arrived. You can tell she values her customers! THANK YOU!"
