"Never got a chance to meet the dentist. Terrible coordination by the front desk staff. Provided my insurance information once at the desk, twice over the phone. Lengthy conversation with front desk staff about what the appointment was for. Appointment confirmed twice. After taking the afternoon off of work and half day of school we were asked when we arrived what the appointment was for, then told they could not perform the appointment. Fantastic! Only giving two stars since the reception area was clean and there were work stations in the waiting area."

"Dr. Tamiya is awesome. But their scheduling team is horrible. Always cancel my appointment and then I don't get any appointment. My appointment was December, they canceled, gave another on Jan 2nd after that I am Atilla waiting."
