"While the staff is friendly and approachable. I’ve had, now 2, very negative experiences here. First of which was 2 fillings I had done in December. During the session, the technician kept expressing how she needed to leave early and the dentist on staff said she “would hurry to accommodate”. Needless to say I have been experiencing extreme pain in the teeth and jaw for nearly a month after the procedure that consistently wakes me up at night. The nail in the coffin for me was when I showed up for a follow up cleaning today and was advised my appointment had been canceled since there was no confirmation. I had been in constant contact with the dentist due to my pain and received no calls no text and no voicemails indicating my appointment would be canceled. As someone who has to schedule my work around appointments this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dentist and if you do go here, I’d advise to approach with caution and skepticism as I do not have confidence in the ability of their junior staff and the last of professionalism handled by their front desk. I personally will be finding a new provider."

"This is one of the best dentist offices I’ve been to in my life. Ive been here for two cleanings & plan to keep them as my regular dentist office. It’s a very modern place that has all the up to date technology to take care of patients. It’s not like going to the family dentist that also treated your parents as kids. Quick service, & it’s evident the employees are genuinely happy to help. I’m not from CLT, but this place makes me feel like I’m home. I really appreciate the service I get here. I feel like I’m well taken care of."

"Dr. Drabik was great! Very detailed, enthusiastic, super knowledgeable! I had a great experience from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. The office atmosphere was pleasant (and smelled good!). Everyone from the receptionists, dental assistants/hygienists, and the dentist were all friendly. Probably the best overall dentist appointment I’ve ever had. I was a new patient but definitely will be returning."
