"Made an appointment for early Monday for same day dentures. Despite the advertisement, the follow-up appt. Was Friday at 1pm. We arrived 15 minutes early and waited until 1:30 to inquire about the wait. Was told they were making them. When asked how much longer, a cavalier response of 30 minutes was given. No respect for my time as if I just had to wait. 4 days wasn't enough time for same day service. They did not care about my time as if I had no choice. Arrogance!"

"I went to Aspen Dental to have a teeth extracted for Dentures. From the first visit for consultation, x-rays. Complete check of my mouth by the dentist and his decision best for me. I had a partial but it wasn't in good shape and missing a few teeth that holds it in place. I scheduled appointment for December 15th to have all my teeth removed. This dentist made the procedure easy and not stressful and No Pain. He talked to Me during the procedure. But I would refer Aspen to anyone in Rock Hill.
