"Worst dental office I have ever gone to. The office has been a revolving door of doctors since I’ve started my Invisalign process about 6 months ago and since I started my routine dental work there about year or so ago. In total I’ve been assigned roughly 4-5 doctors. And each time they wanted me to change locations and follow the doctor to a different location, which is an inconvenience to the customer. So I refused, but they kept pushing. Also, once I was told I had a cavity that needed filling. Got it done that day. Come back my next service, they tell me the same thing for the same tooth. Why are your records not updated properly and you’re not reading the notes? Had to go back and forth informing them that they’re wrong. Made me question if there was ever a cavity in the first place. If you go here, do not just accept what they tell you. Ask questions and advocate for yourself because it feels like they are fresh out of school and don’t have enough working experience to make their own professional judgment. I’m just waiting to complete my Invisalign process so I can leave the entire company all together. But the facilities are very nice and the dental assistants are very friendly. But customer service, management, and organization needs some work. Especially the Operations Manager who I found to be rude and annoyed at me asking questions. When I asked for her manager, she says “there is no one else above me that patients can speak to or contact”. Yeah right! Someone needs to know how this place is being ran and implement some change."

"Both the receptionist and Dental team were professional and courteous. This was my first visit since they changed to different lead Dentist and I found her to be very knowledgeable. She made sure I was aware of what she was doing throughout the procedure and regularly checked to see if I had any questions."

They are very gentle with my mouth during my cleanings. The best part is when they check your whole mouth. Tongue, throat, jaws, teeth, gums, cheek..everything.. not all dentists office do this which is important for oral health as it's not just about the teeth & gums."
