"First off, I just want to say that I have never been so pleased after leaving a salon! I have really thick, dark, and wavy hair and I have been getting bleach on my hair for the past 2-3 years. About a month ago, I got my hair bleached and it was WELL OVER processed and it looked so bad and let's not even talk about how it felt!!
