"Lindsay (dark clothes and dark hair) today ( 02/03/2024) this attendant was extremely rude with me. I wasn't receiving my email, and this month it's my birthday, she even said anything about it, so I asked her if she was seeing anything on the system.. she asked me if I received the emails I said no.. she checked my email address, the only thing that i asked her was if my surname was spelled with m or n she made me repeat everything.. she was with a rude smile and when finished she said very rude if I finished... I will NEVER come back to any Ulta Beauty store.. I also want my money back. I prefer to buy everything on Amazon or Sephora.. I hope that that ridiculous woman will be trained and have more empathy and know how to treat customers better. Thanks Lindsay for making me feel humiliated on the day that I chose to celebrate my birthday.. i was killing time on Ulta and then I was going to a restaurant."

"I am super happy with the Ulta salon. I was in desperate need of a haircut and not feeling it and called to see if they had anything available. Krystina answered the phone and was so sweet. She said she was available now for me to come on in. I went in and sat down and she listened to me and I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked her to do. She is definitely who I would recommend. Ulta is a very lucky to have her. She is very professional and her customer service skills were amazing! I left there feeling fantastic and looked great!"

"DON’T TEST PRODUCTS!!!! I was hanging out with my friends testing some products bc I don’t wear make up and I wanted to find nice products my tone. After a 30-40mins a lady goes up to us and she says she needs to clean the area so we got up and looked around a little bit then we were about to check out. But they sent a security guard to follow us around like we were stealing and causing problems. I don’t know why they did that but if it was because we were trying on different products(that says test), you guys could’ve acted like adults and said something to us instead of sending a security guard. It’s childish. Go up to us and confront us about it and we would’ve just been fine with not testing any more products. We did nothing wrong and for a security guard to be called on us out of nowhere is ridiculous."

"I booked a hair appointment with Tenikia for my birthday and she was such a joy. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made me so comfortable and did a phenomenal job on my neglected hair without making me feel self conscious about it. 10/10 Thanks for making me feel beautiful."

"Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! The management here is phenomenal. The GM has some amazing employees and should be very proud of her store. Every time I go into this Ulta, I feel welcomed but not overwelcomed. Mallory, the co manager is also brilliant. Her product knowledge is outstanding and impressive. This store is the one to go to in Wilmington. Also, super clean. Susie and Mallory do an amazing job. Congrats girls ❤️"
