"Faronda, Faronda, Faronda! Absolutely AMAZING! She gave me a cut a few months ago that was so good that I knew her skill was exceptional. So, I went back to get a pre vacation cut & they were running a color/highlight special. So I did it, why not? After telling Faronda what I liked, I put FULL faith in her. Hard to do. And she 150% did not disappoint!! She is so talented and skilled! I felt like a hair supermodel when I was done!! Thank you & I'm sooo Happy. You are the BEST!!"

"Wanted to love them because of nice they were but I was asked where my hair parted and I showed the man, he then split it down the middle and cut it saying, “it’ll be even when you put it to where you part it.” My fresh postpartum brain didn’t make the connection that this didn’t make sense. So now I have very uneven hair and can’t wear it down until it grows because I can’t afford to cut any more off or it’ll be too short for me. Not the refresh I was in need of."

"I made an appointment online for my 91 year old mother. They stated please arrive 10 minutes earlier. So we arrived at 12:50 for a 1:00 appointment. Mom wasn’t taken until 1:40! No one explained why the wait or apologized for the wait. I made an appointment so she wouldn’t have to wait! Mom was getting anxious and wanted to leave. I gave 3 stars because Faronda gave mom a great haircut. But your customer service is lacking."

"This place is terrific. I saw how Faronda had done some amazing styles on others so I gave them a try. They can accommodate any ethnic groups so regardless of hair texture they are incredible!!!
