"Don’t call this company if you need to catch a flight!!! If I could take that one star away I would! I contacted them to reserve a ride to the airport, and when I called them to confirm pickup I was reassured I would make my flight. No one ever showed up and guess who missed their flight? We did!! I tried to call them to find out what the deal was and no answer. Couldn’t even call us to let us know they wasn’t going to make it. Now we’re out the money for our flight. Thank goodness I didn’t pay in advanced for their service. Unreliable, their word is NOT valid."
"I ordered this cab twice and it was affordable and got me to where I needed to be. There was a wait of course but I’m not complaining. I would order ahead if you need to be somewhere quicker."
"Made reservations for a taxi to pick me up at 7 o’clock in the morning the night before. They assured me they would be there at 7 o’clock. They finally showed up around 745. I called several times and they kept telling me they were on the way. Had they told me the night before that they could not be there on time, I would have made other arrangements."
"I would honestly rather walk than to do business with this company. I called inquiring for a rate, the quote I got was more than a plane ticket. When I declined she followed up via text with a very sarcastic and out right rude approach. As if she was offended I didn’t want to pay the inflated rate. LOL. It was the most bizarre and unprofessional transaction I’ve had in quite some time."
