"They wrecked my truck while having front end work done. Said they couldn’t get me a comparable rental, have had to cancel my vacation now, and also can not work , I have had to hire an attorney to proceed with making sure I am taken care of. They said they were going to fire the lady who drove my truck around and hit the building even though the lady was not accustomed to driving a truck or this size. It’s amazing how management here passes blame. Do not take your vehicle here for anything. They destroyed a 2023 truck with 2000 miles on it. Do not use under any circumstances. Also they didn’t want to use or notify any insurance so that there would be no car fax about the damage. Shady operation. Not a good way to do business."

"Amazing, amazing, amazing experience with the whole group they got working at this location. Nathan reassured me everything would go smooth and quickly, and it did just that. I dropped it off last Thursday and got it back today. I'm more than pleased with the outstanding work they did on my 06 Cadillac!!! Oh an the lady at the front desk is the sweetest!!!!
