"The same inventory they have had forever. I have always had to walk up to the counter to either ask for help or advice. Maybe because I am younger, not sure. I always felt that they had the market here in Charlotte and only cater to the good old boys club. Today I visited Rockler and was blown away by customer service and selection of products, I gave Woocraft alot of chances, but your employees like to stand behind your counters and act as thou I am interrupting there conversations."

I walked in seeking advice on wood options for an end grain cutting board I’m hoping to make and the guy working there walked the entire store with me and showed every single option they had!
