"After moving to the area a few months ago, I made the decision to go to this salon based on the good reviews. I had been using the same girl for 25 years and have never had any problems with my hair. After asking to have the same thing done that my other stylist has done multiple times, I left in tears with broken and damaged hair. A month later, I’m using Olaplex and babying my hair only to look in the mirror and see the extensive damage from someone that clearly is not experienced with color. Interestingly enough, I met someone the following week at work that went to the same salon with a different stylist, and had to get all of her hair cut off and extensions put in because something similar happened. Make sure your stylist knows what they are doing before they apply color to your hair!"

"Omg I am so so so glad I found Exhale! Dani did an amazing job with my highlights and my cut. She explained the different things that we could do and walked me through the long term goals as well. I felt like I was in good hands, especially since I know nothing about what I should be doing or even what my vision was. She was super personable and it made the appointment way more enjoyable to know what we were doing while we were doing it. My only regret was not getting a picture of the salon - it’s incredible!!! It’s an open plan so you don’t feel caged into a chair, but honestly I probably could have fallen asleep in any one of them because of how comfortable they were. Couldn’t recommend it more!"

"I am in love with my hair stylist Lorna Lassiter. Lorna has been taking care of my hair for over 15 years, I love having a stylist that I can develop a relationship with so that they get to know my hair and what it needs. She is always continuing her education on the latest styles and products, I can count on her to recommend products that work for me and my hair. She does the best head massages and being a red head she has always been able to keep my greys away and still maintain the natural color of my hair. I have followed her from her previous establishment to Exhale.... A Salon, the shop is always clean and bright and everyone is always so pleasant, the staff always seems to be enjoying what they do. I love my mimosa's when I visit, it's always a special little treat. Thank you Lorna for making people feel beautiful and confident."

"I had an amazing experience with Hallie! I am growing out a dramatic wolf cut into long layers, have fringe, and a unique hair texture- fine but thick wavy/curly hair that appears straight if too bulky/heavy. Hallie completely understood my hair texture! She asked clarification questions and was so friendly. She asked permission before adding product or heat and explained why. I left the salon 45 minutes later with the best cut I have ever had. My fringe, internal cut work, face-framing pieces were amazing (ladies, we know the trauma of bad bangs!) Hallie even blended a slightly thinner section of hair to hide a slightly higher hairline on one side on my head vs the other. She masterfully blended layers of my wolf cut grow out seamlessly and explained why she was leaving hair or changing technique (point cut, to razor, to thinning shears, etc.) depending on that pattern of hair. She was able to bring my curls/waves to life with an easy maintenance routine that fits MY LIFESTYLE (previously wash and go- no product) which relies heavily on my haircut to give me the look I like. I am beyond happy and look forward to being a loyal client of Hallie's at EXHALE. Also, the salon is clean, professional, friendly, fairly priced, and relaxing. I was extremely comfortable and felt the customer service was a 5 star experience."
