"Just wanted to give a shout out to Travis Rosselli and his staff. They went WAY ABOVE taking care of customers! My insurance company set up for me to get a rental car from the Enterprise branch at their location. When my ride ( the tow truck driver) dropped me off I found out the branch was only open from 9am- 12. My heart dropped as I saw the sign they were closed. Travis saw me and asked if he could help me. I explained the situation and he could see I didn’t know what to do. He kindly said for me to take a seat and he contacted the nearest enterprise car rental. He made sure they had a vehicle and even had one of his staff give me a ride there. I am so grateful for him making sure I was taken care of even thought I really wasn’t his customer! While riding in the car I was talking with 2 of his staff they stated he is GREAT to work for! "Travis took care of me and my vehicle in a decent time frame. 2 weeks after picking up my vehicle from the body work they did after hitting a hog, I noticed my tire was low and was concerned about why the tire pressure light didn't come on. They were about to close, but Jay still took my car back to check on tire. He noticed a nail and took his time to put a plug in for me even though it wasn't his responsibility to at closing time!!
