"The customer service at this location is by far the worst I've ever had. It's the only store I can go into where not a single employee says hi to me the entire time I'm there. Even when being checked out the cashiers don't ay a word to you other that your total and sometime they don't even tell you that and just point to the screen. Not only that but ever the top Manager at this location is standing right next to me an ignore me without a single "Hi"or "How are you today?". I've gone in here expecting something different but its obvious that its the management that is leading this staff with the mindset that customer service is not important. I've had an employee talking on the phone once while checking me out. I'd recommend you stay away and not shop at this location."

"Great Managers, Cashiers, & associates here!! WEDNESDAY (day before Thanksgiving) the store was absolutely PACKED inside & outside for the last minute shopping! Nearly ALL checkout lanes were open, & even with the lines going down the isles, the wait was NOT an issue! I was extremely pleased & shocked at how quickly the Cashiers were able to check each customer out quickly!! For over 20 years, this location remains in my top "GO TO" Food Lion Store's!!! Just needs more 12 pk CANS of caffeine free Pepsi/ Caffeine free Cokes."

It seems Food Lion is not taking the safety of their customers seriously? As far as I can tell they are only filming in the Sardis Rd. location. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!"

"The store is horrible and small. They usually have good markdowns. The cashiers are ghetto and mostly AA female which they usually create drama towards customers. I thought FL is EOE company. They need to have some male employees and self checkout. Noah refuse to ring me up and had another cashier to ring me had to grab carts. The store manager is now from the Hickory grove location"
