"Ordered smileactive. Didnt work for me. Next thing I knew, had another package in the mail. Called them and they wanted me to take it at a big discount. Told them to stop sending any other stuff to me, next thing I know there is another package. With MUCH hassling, They refunded my money. Told them again I was not interested in the items. Now have another package. It is absolutely madding."

"This is a very scammy business. I ordered a kit to try it for $24.99, and didn't realize they were storing my payment method and would keep charging me, without email notification, for regular shipments of product. I luckily caught it when the second charge came through, but they had already shipped my item and told me that I had to pay to return it and then they would refund me. It was impossible to figure out how to cancel my "membership" and then when I asked customer service to delete my account and personal information, I was told no. When I asked why they would not delete my account and personal information, I was told that it was because "I might want to order again in the future!" Do NOT give this company your money or information."

"Signed up for trial, was charged for 3 shipments in march tried to cancel by phone, received email my next order was being shipped for April. then tried to cancel again by chat because I couldn’t cancel on website. They refused to acknowledge cancellation and stated they were charging me for May and June. Predatory advertising and unsolicited billing and shipments . Do not trust this company once they get your info they will not acknowledge cancellation of trial subscription. Now I’m getting emails and bills in mail and cannot unsubscribe to emails."

"Prior to trying this 60-day free trial, I had used Crest White Strips but, without fail, the last day I'd experience some tooth sensitivity. After just 3 days of using this product my teeth were so sensitized I couldn't fall asleep that night. After calling them and telling them I wanted a return, they told me I had a 60-day trial period so suggested I wait a week and start using again two days a week. After 3 weeks, NO improvement so tried three days a week for another 2 weeks without improvement. Called them the day before my order date at the 60 day period and they told me the HAD TO RECEIVE PACKAGE BACK by 60-day date. I explained it wasn't even delivered until almost a week after the order date, they told me to upgrade shipping to include tracking and told me to call with the info and they MIGHT refund. Crooks. Apparently the REAL reason they suggested I continue to try again and "take advantage" of the 60-day period was to prevent me getting my money back. Already reported to BBB - Arizona AG's office is next."

"I wish I had read the previous review before ordering this product. I have had the exact same experience. I did NOT sign up for a "subscription" but have been charged for another box. When I called the number I was talking with a person who told me that she would MAIL a return postage because they did not do email. My credit card has been charged for the second box already. I have not opened the first. Filing a complaint with my credit card company. I plan to send both boxes back. If the product was good enough they would not have to scam customers this way."
