"I have been a patient for Aspen Dental in another location for 2+ years and have spend $3500 with them for several root canals. I have an emergency and need to see a dentist. I scheduled an appointment for the Hendersonville office because I could not get an appointment with my regular office. They called literally as I was getting ready to leave for my appointment and cancelled it due to an emergency with their dentist. That was not the issue. When I tried to explain to their customer service person that I was not a new patient, I had an emergency and had been waiting for several weeks for the appointment. She rudely cut me off, not even listening to what I was trying to ask which is how to get another appointment quicky or closer to where I live or work. When I said that I was frustrated with the company for not being able to get an appointment when It was needed, she talked over me and was absolutely awful! I would beware of this location! I have never been treated like this at any other location and would not go here if they did the work for free. This is no way to talk to a paying customer."

Meggan the treatment plan coordinator made sure I had all the information needed to make informed decisions regarding my dental care.
