"Really wanted this place to succeed, and maybe it will - but at the moment, it’s not happening. And even worse is that this is a brand new location in an area that desperately needs it. And it’s a DG Market, so again, you think corporate would ensure this store is always running at top shape. Many of the food shelves are empty, and the employees aren’t that helpful. Never at the main register to check you out, and usually can’t find them. Lots of turnover here, so it’s not a surprise that the service is lacking. I went today and all the lights were on as of the store was open, yet they had a sign on the door “Temporarily Closed.” Very unfortunate. DG corporate needs to put more pride into this store. It’s really telling how they feel about the residents/customers that live in the surrounding area."

"The store is clean, convenient and well stocked but the employees are never available! For a simple item of a dollar or two I prefer to pay cash… it’s always a chore to find someone to check me out at the one register that takes cash. They have 2 self check outs that say cash or card but in the times I’ve gone in there, they are out of order. Once you get an employee they are nice, but a 3 min in and out trip takes 15 minutes"

"good place and very convenient, especially the location. a little overpriced, but that might just be my opinion. never had any problems here, and hopefully i won’t. there’s contactless pay (apple pay, google pay, etc.) and mostly a self checkout store, with one register with a cashier, if you want that. this place isn’t really that bad though, in my opinion."

"First time ever going into a DG market it kind of remind me of save a lot. I like the concept but the prices are extremely high and even after discounts were applied its still high total. The meats are limited and expire food charge me 11.40 for expire meat and I wanted to use $5 off $25 which it didn't apply but towards other items in my basket. The service isn't pleasant and employees are disrespectful after I told her I didn't wanted it made her till shorter.The self checkout wasn't open would of prefer to use that than the regular checkout. What's the point of installing self checkout if they aren't going to use it. They didn't have a scale."
