"I picked up a bolt in my tire on the way to work and managed to make it to the Mavis Tire on Independence Blvd. The tire was not able to be plugged, and they didn't have my size tire on-hand - so Sidney offered to go pick up the tires my car needed so I wouldn't have to keep driving on the damaged tire. Since the car needed new tires anyway, I decided to replace all four. Within a couple of hours they had replaced the tires, performed an alignment, and I was on my way. The service was excellent and the pricing was good. I highly recommend Mavis to anyone looking for good tires, good prices, and great service."

"I was impressed from the moment I entered the lobby. There were customers at the desk, but I was greeted and helped immediately. This is rare, as most businesses are understaffed and long wait times are common. I was early for my appointment, it wasn’t a problem. Within a few minutes they diagnosed the issue with my car and took me to see what was needed and told me why. It is rare to experienced this level of customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The entire team works well together and communicates effectively. I wasn’t familiar with this business and decided to try them after a Google search. I’m grateful I did. They also worked with me to make the needed repairs affordable. They understand that people need their automobiles and are on a tight budget. This is extraordinary, as automobile repairs are notoriously expensive. I’m very pleased with my experience and I’m now a loyal customer."
