"I had my destination wedding in Gatlinburg. Planning everything from out of state she (Toni? - the owner) asked us to send pictures of our hair and what we wanted. Upon arrival she said she never had time to review the photos.. she had no idea what we were looking for and did exactly opposite of what I asked. I asked to leave my natural curly hair and do natural looking makeup. She completely curled my hair and put cake on my face with qtips and dollar store foam wedges. I went back and completely showered 2 hours before my wedding. I’ve attached before and after photos (and an example of my natural hair texture. It was curly when I came in!! And asked her to leave it just style and install my veil/flowers). Also! My mother booked only her hair and the owner made very rude comments about her complexion and how she’d never look right in pictures because her makeup wasn’t done by this salon. When we told her we weren’t satisfied with her service overall she started crying and praying about God help her guess you can’t make everyone happy etc. WHAT?! Honestly a near twilight zone experience. I do not recommend this salon for wedding or makeup services."

"I trusted this salon to style my hair for my wedding day. It looks like it’s directly from a third world country. Very run down. After she set my hair in rollers she began placing my hair for a half up half down style with a headpiece on the left side. By the time I got back to my cabin, 13 minutes away, my vail as well as my headpiece fell out. She used only 3 Bobby pins total for my headpiece and 1 Bobby pin to hold up my vail. DO NOT BOOK THIS SALON FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY. It was terrible…"

"Toni did my hair and make-up for our wedding and she did an amazing job. She took the guess work out. She explained what would look best on me, in her professional opinion, and she was right. Colors, shades, lip gloss, etc were perfect for my skin tone and she made it look so natural. I was really impressed. Plus, my makeup stayed on all day even with the humidity. Great products! I highly recommend her!"
