"I was not pleased with this last visit. I got there at 7:30am when they first opened and didn’t leave until 12:41pm. I got an oil change, new tires, Alignment, and inspection. At 8:50am I was told it would only be another hour for the tires to be put on and for the alignment, since the oil change and inspection had already been done at that time. As I’m waiting, not only could I hear a lady in the office behind the waiting room, laughing out loud on her phone call, but I then could hear the man working at the desk up front talking about how he cleans his pet ears and what he feeds it, to one of the mechanics, as he’s holding my key to my vehicle. I stand up and go outside so he would notice that I was still waiting. I come back inside but he’s still talking and after another 5-10 mins he finally hands the key and paperwork off to the young lady that was handling things for me and tell her she can cash me out. I’ve been coming here for years and have never had such a bad experience like this. I do not think I will be coming back."

"The guy was nice. we had our van towed after I broke down, and we never used them. we were quoted $217 to replace a power steering belt. My husband said it's going to be more before they get done, 1st call $400 needed a pulley, 2nd call $900 we need an alternator. Not sure why everything electric was working."
