"I can’t say enough great things about the guys here. We are new to town and NC and took both our vehicles there for registration inspection as well as an oil change for one. We just took one of the cars there to check some stuff out today. Every single encounter I have had with them as well as my wife has been outstanding. My wife has called to ask questions and they are always so nice and super helpful. While at the shop, they always explain everything, are very thorough in checking it out and making sure we are happy. It makes us both so happy and a little weight off of our shoulders knowing we have somewhere we can take our vehicles that we trust and feel they are honest, nice and hard working gentleman. "I was a customer of this place, you want to damage your car with a simple oil change, it's here and if you don't want to, don't use their services, they damaged my truck's oil cap and they never took responsibility, they said that my f150 truck was very old and had many miles, 2019 53000 miles. I do not recommend this place, be careful with the young man named Axel who will tell you to start the engine, without putting oil in it, he is a very distracted young man."

"Needed to get my truck inspected. My truck is a safety only and I was the first one there when they opened. Everything went fine, I just feel like it took a little long for a safety only. As a former fleet manager of a fleet of safety only trucks, I have a pretty good feel for how long they should take. Otherwise all good."

"I tried to contact the company before leaving a review, but never got a response. About a week after I got my oil changed at this place, I went to change my spark plugs. There was oil all over the manifold and inside the spark plug housings. I checked the oil level and it was way over the High point on the stick. As I went to drain the excess oil, it was NOT new oil. There was still old oil in the car! This is unacceptable. There needs to be much more emphasis on training and insuring these kids know what they are doing. I will continue to use Valvoline for future oil changes."
