"I am truly sad to say I do not recommend. There was a an opportunity to work with me to resolve the issue. I vehemently support small and local businesses. I stopped by on an errand on the way back to work to show them my hands from the day before. I asked if they could come up with a solution and when they could not I asked for a credit. I can’t come in for several days or Sunday(tomorrow) ,because it is a family day. My hands are sore from the manicure and I need a break from working on my nails. “No credit. No wait. Right then only or next day or Monday.” It hasn’t been 24 hours. My nail beds are sore and red. The gel is lifting up on almost every finger. There are bubbles in the tips. There is a divot on my nail on my forefinger. My thumb nail is raised on the end. It was already disappointing. Now, I’m out of that money is spent and with no decent French nail manicure. All of the communication was in front of several customers. Very distressing. I went in with a smile and humility and very sore fingers and walked out with no resolution. There seem to be a lack of cooperation and understanding, and after working very hard with much respect and kindness to see what we could do to solve the problem."
