"I do not understand the good reviews for this place. My experience was horrible. First appointment, they charged me and wasted my time just to LOOK at my teeth, not clean them. Made me come back for a second time for the cleaning. At the cleaning, I was told I need a crown. So I scheduled an appointment for a crown and took off work for it. I get to the appointment for the crown and they tell me I actually don’t need a crown. At this point I am so confused, and tell them that I was told by the dentist that I needed a crown, hence why I scheduled the appointment. They said I would have to schedule an additional appointment so that they could LOOK at my teeth again and confirm if I needed a crown. They said in the meantime, they will polish the tooth, which was pointless and costed me a stupid amount of money. I left the dentist and cried in my car, feeling stupid for ever going there in the first place. I’ve never had such a confusing and negative experience at any dentist, and certainly won’t be coming back here. The only positive is that the ladies that work at the front desk are lovely. Everything else about this place was awful and felt like a money-grab."

"They have sold out. Would never use them. Had a crown done less than a year ago and the temp fell of before the permanent The permanent fell off before the year mark. They charged me $220 for a 5 min glue on session. Corporate greed at its finest."

"Anna, a new hygienist to me, was awesome. She was gentle, but thorough, explained everything before it was done, and used a nonflavored polish (!). Dr. Hooks' exam was also just fine."
