"Well eight days later I still didn't have my car back. They called once during the service, and I ended up having to go pick my car up over in Johnson City with only One and half hours to get there, or go another three days without. I have no idea how their workmanship is, considering my car was referred to an auto electrical due to 817 dollars later my battery was still hot to touch. So how would you rate this.They told me they would tow my car and bring it back to Erwin. They are closed and not answering the phone."

"Not good so far im new to this garage and not very pleased on how business is ran. Ive had no luck calling to check progress called 8 times at different times of the day and no answer. When i did reach them they acted inconvenienced . i understand them being busy but maybe hiring someone to tend to customers would be beneficial. I've always been sceptical of a garage being honest but a two to three day job has now turned into a week and cost me my job because i couldn't get a straight answer on how long. They still have the vehicle so im really hoping the work is worth all I've lost and still losing. And if they are honest enough to stay with their quote. But i will give the benefit of the doubt im really hoping they change my mind and opinion about garages"
