"Good offerings and portion sizes. The staff is attentive and nice. It gets busy on weekends and evenings and if they have a biryani buffet. The spice levels are on the higher side but the staff clarifies it to ensure you dont end up ordering something beyond your capacity"

"Our first visit to this restaurant was a decent experience! The service was good, and we decided to try the Vijayawada Biryani and Paneer Dosa. The biryani was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance, though very bright, might be appealing to many. Now, for the Paneer Dosa, there was a bit of a wait for the host to confirm its availability. She said she needed 5 minutes for them to confirm, and after 15 minutes, we had to inquire again. They finally took that order. It did come a little later than expected, but we understand that these things can happen. We only wish it was not available. Them trying to accommodate was a big failure. Unfortunately, the paneer in the dosa was extremely hard, almost like a rock! We believe it might have been an honest mistake, perhaps the chef took it straight from the freezer and assumed it would have been cooked. My wife adjusted and never told me. She left the plate full of paneer is when I realized. I asked the host to bring the knife so she can cut it. No luck. Despite this hiccup, we want to give them the benefit of the doubt, so is the 4*. The biryani was such a winner. Unsure if we would consider revisiting in the future."

"Goat Haleem was delicious. Chicken mandi was excellent. Coming to appetizers, apollo fish, chicken lollipops and chicken 65 were worth trying.In the main course, parotta,nawabi chicken curry and goat paya were good.Thalapakattu chicken biryani, kheema biryani and veg kheems biryanis were delicious. Didn’t like the ulavacharu paneer biryani as the ulavacharu was not fresh and genuine. Paneer was little bit hard and bland. It would have been better if paneer was fried and tossed in ulavacharu which would soak the flavor. Saalan was watery and raita was good with thick consistency.Sweet pan was decent enough.Good food service but it would be even better if the tables were cleaned immediately when the previous customers left because it was uncomfortable for the new customers to sit beside a table with left over food. Better to use powerful detergents to clean the table or some fresheners atleast for a pleasant atmosphere. Better hygiene would definitely improve the restaurant’s stature."

"Egg biryani tasted good but had a lot of water collected below the rice. Seemed like they had microwaved the frozen biryani for so much water to accumulate. Biryani rice was undercooked. Chicken curry for parota too was microwaved. It was very hot on the outside but the curry itself was cold. Ambience is the only thing that’s good here. We were one of the last customers so there were a lot of waitresses to attend to us. However, they all were just chilling out without paying much attention to the service making us call out loudly for any help we needed."
