"This review is for the Service department. I Went to go get my 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee oil changed, and was talked into the oil package. Two days later, I took a road trip and only made it 327 miles before I blew the oil main seal. At that time I had no idea what had happened. I thought maybe the dealership didn’t tighten the filter or something like that. I talked to Nathan, one of the best sales people there, mind you it was a Sunday morning. He immediately got in touch with Dewey, the sales department manager, and he called me right away. I was rather upset at that time, and he was able to calm me down and help me tremendously! He even was willing to come pick me up when my Jeep got towed back home, even after the fact, we determined that it was the rear seal and nothing they had done when changing my oil. Unfortunately, the 21 point inspection didn’t catch this. Dewey went above and beyond expectations to help me resolve my problem! He constantly kept in touch with me to make sure I was safe and getting a tow back home. It took quite a while to get the tow truck being it was a Sunday and no one wanted to take a road trip that far. I was able to get it towed to North Point where the next morning he made sure my vehicle was taken care of. Thank you for your outstanding service, Dewey! I have been with this dealership for about five years now, and they have never let me down. Thank you for your services. Please give Dewey a raise. It is well-deserved!"

"My car was in for a recall fix and never got any updates. I had to initiate the messaging each time. Never was I told it wouldn't be ready same day until I initiated another message wanting an update. This was in the afternoon. Next day rolls around and I'm still waiting for an approximate time frame when it'll be ready , which I had asked the afternoon before. I had to initiate another message for an update and was told he would get back with me once he knew something. Never did. Sent another message wanting to know if the technician ran away since I never heard back. Then I was told the car was finished. I'm wondering had I not asked for the update, how long would it have been before they actually let me know. So, not pleased with the "customer service" part of this appointment."

"It's a Dodge, what do you expect? Hopefully not much. Their vehicles look great behind tow trucks. To the Mopar mechanics; our hearts go out to you, but at least you have job security."

"Just picked my Durango up that just I just paid over $700 to have brakes, an oil change & an inspection done on. Breaks grinding & squealing horribly. Milage out was the same as mileage in. Did they not even test drive it?! I've honestly never had a good experience there but, since I bought the Durango there, I always take it there. Tried to upcharge me on replacing my oil pan because someone used an oversized plug on the oil pan & cross threaded it causing it to leak oil. They're the ONLY place that has ever did the oil changes so, if it's stripped it's their fault! I still had to pay $100 for the repair since they decided they could cover it under my extended warranty."

"Had an electrical problem preventing me from manual shift, they didn't have the part in stock so the mechanic repaired the problem so I could continue on my trip!! Thank you for getting me in (on Friday) and repairing my issue!!! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Thank you again!"
