"Went in to get a new pair of shoes for my niece. Customer service wasn't what it use to be in the shower department. Scan to see if they have the size available and then hand you a box and walk away. Not impressed at all. Check out was the only thing that kept this score alive. Smooth fast and friendly."

"I am impressed by the size of the store allowing for a variety of items to provide to the consumer. Also, the rock-climbing wall was very nice. The store was well organized, but it would be nice to have directional or aisle signs to be able to quickly identify the items people are looking for. Additionally, it would be nice to have a diverse selection of UNC gear. Specifically, athletics departments gear, UNC - Football, UNC - Basketball, UNC - Soccer, etc. Overall, my experience with the store went well and I satisfied with the House of Sport, Fayetteville, NC."

"Was pretty Disappointed. No hunting Equipment. I usually wear a XXL and couldn't find anything in my size. I walked the store for 20 minutes and found absolutely nothing that appealed to me. I will be heading to Academy from now on."
