"Use to love this place when it was Southern Dental. A mom of 4 and they have yet to see my 3 sons (they have been canceling their appointments non stop and we can never get them in with no real explanation other than 1 time the dentist was sick they said) . Very unprofessional, they have yet to even call me back with this newest cancelation (3 times just this month) so I could make a new appointment. But I will not be bringing my children here any more ."

"This location was our favorite location and went downhill fast after COVID. We were all going there. Family of 5. Eventually, I got out and my husband because they went to no longer seeing adults. Well then they had to call us to rescheduled due to being short staffed. They still are 3 years later and making appointments 8months out. I had to cancel one appointment in April due to my kids being sick, I told them I have proof of that. My husband ended up being later to take my daughter. Well they decided to not see the entire family. I called and they said I missed one, rescheduled some(they called me to rescheduled due to being no one at the office, short staffed or no doctor available) and went as far back as 2020. Like wth is that. I understand per year but missing one due to being late and two when my kids were sick and I have proof. They didn't even want to see that. Spoke with the person who said that office has no upper management but operater manager which was her. I'm sure there is one higher up but at this point this office isn't what it used to be anyways."

"They were all the nicest and sweetest as well as professional staff I have ever encountered in the dentist industry with my four children. They were patient, friendly, not only to my children but to me as well. My kids loved the experience and all of the staff from the front desk to the dentist and associates were absolutely amazing and welcoming ! I would recommend this place to anyone!"

"Dr. Lauren is truly AMAZING! She walked through both of my kiddos (7 & 5 year olds) procedures, letting them “feel” the instruments & explaining what they were intended to do. She was definitely made to be a pediatric dentist!!! My kids did not have dental anxiety at any point with her, and I loved the way she spoke to them and talked them through the process!! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lauren and her assistants, as well as the Hygienists at Southern Dental! Super friendly receptionist at the front as well (:"
